These clients in Evermoor really enjoyed being outdoors but their backyard provided no living space and no privacy. After planting some large Evergreens, we bagen the patio design. The clients had some ideas and we took it from there. This outdoor kitchen and planter provided some privacy and the large paver patio space gave planty of space to relax. The pavers are Lakeshor Blend with a tan inset border.
The client had a small basketball court and patio in the backyard. Then, he needed to put an addition on his home and when he went to pull a permit, found that he was already pushing the limits of his permeable threshold. Installing a permeable paver driveway allowed him to reduce the impermeable footprint of hard surfaces so he could pull the permit needed to complete the addition.
This long time Rosemount resident needed a lot of retaining wall work and he knew who to talk to. We install nearly 900 square feet of walls that towered up to 6′ tall. This project included terraced retaining walls, stairs and engineering. As walls over 4′ tall require engineering, we had to pull a permit to build these.
